Mike DeBirk has been instrumental in shaping ClearStream Environmental since joining the company in 2006, when the team consisted of just three people working from the founder’s basement. Over the past two decades, he has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth, contributing to nearly every aspect of the business—from engineering and project management to operations, field service, quality assurance, procurement, and executive leadership.
Today, Mike serves as ClearStream’s Integrator and Product Definition Manager, ensuring the company’s vision, priorities, and strategic goals are translated into successful day-to-day execution. He leads the management team while overseeing the engineering organization, helping ensure every solution is developed with the technical excellence, collaboration, and quality that customers have come to expect from ClearStream.
Mike’s unique perspective comes from having helped build ClearStream from the ground up. His hands-on experience across virtually every department enables him to connect people, processes, and ideas, creating an organization that delivers innovative, reliable water and wastewater solutions. He is driven by solving complex problems, improving efficiency, and turning ideas into practical solutions that benefit both customers and communities.
