As ClearStream prepares to unveil its refreshed brand at WEFTEC 2026, the company is giving a stronger voice and identity to the principles that have defined it for more than two decades: quality equipment, innovative engineering, dependable performance, and customer support that extends well beyond installation.

Helping lead that effort is Ryan Arbuckle, Business Development at ClearStream, who joined the company approximately three years ago during a period of significant growth. Arbuckle saw an opportunity to take a company that had built its reputation largely through word of mouth and repeat customers and introduce it to a broader water and wastewater market.

“ClearStream has been around for over 20 years and had never really done much marketing or branding,” Arbuckle said.

That didn’t mean the company was unknown to those who had worked with it. Contractors and engineers familiar with ClearStream already valued the company’s equipment and approach. The challenge was expanding that reputation beyond its existing network.

“Contractors love how simple our equipment is to install, and engineers and end users appreciate how well it performs. We know we have great products—the challenge was that not enough people knew the ClearStream name. We set out to change that.”— Ryan Arbuckle

The new branding is designed to put a recognizable identity behind the reputation ClearStream has already established and communicate more clearly who the company is, what it offers and what customers can expect when they work with the team.

At the center of that identity is a message that reflects both ClearStream’s history and its direction:

“Built Right. Delivered Right. Supported Right. Because it ALWAYS Matters.”

For Arbuckle, the message represents much more than equipment quality. It encompasses the entire customer experience, from design and manufacturing through installation and long-term support.

“We want every customer to feel confident in their purchase and know that our commitment doesn’t end with the sale. We’re there to support them throughout the entire project—and long after the equipment is installed.”

“We’re not only equipment manufacturers; we’re also in the customer experience market.” — Ryan Arbuckle

he updated branding also provides an opportunity to better showcase ClearStream’s capabilities, including its range of liquid-solid separation equipment, 3D modeling, detailed installation resources and focus on designing equipment that contractors can install efficiently.

ClearStream chose WEFTEC 2026 to introduce the new identity because of the event’s reach throughout the water and wastewater industry.

“It’s a great opportunity to connect with our customers, strengthen relationships, and better understand what they need from us.” Arbuckle said.

At the ClearStream booth, attendees will experience the new brand beyond its visual identity. A Customer Experience Station will demonstrate how the company helps customers improve processes and designs, understand available technologies, and select equipment suited to their applications.

As ClearStream continues to grow, Arbuckle says the new brand establishes a clear direction for the future while preserving the customer-focused approach that built the company.

“Built Right. Delivered Right. Supported Right. Because it ALWAYS Matters. It’s more than our vision—it’s the standard that guides everything we do. It keeps everyone at ClearStream focused, aligned, and moving in the same direction.”— Ryan Arbuckle
