Veteran process engineer and mining expert joins ClearStream to help expand technical capabilities and drive innovation.
ClearStream Environmental is excited to welcome Antonio Accioly as the company’s new Chief Process Engineer and Subject Matter Expert for Mining Applications.
With more than two decades of experience in process engineering, water treatment, clarification, thickening, filtration, and mining applications, Antonio brings an exceptional depth of technical expertise that will help strengthen ClearStream’s engineering capabilities while supporting the company’s continued growth into new markets.
Originally from Brazil, Antonio earned his degree in Chemical Engineering before beginning his career designing and supporting clarifiers, thickeners, filtration systems, and water treatment technologies. His work in Brazil provided extensive experience in mining applications, particularly paste thickening, which ultimately led to his move to the United States in 2015 to provide specialized expertise in the North American market. Most recently, he served as Global Product Manager for Thickeners and Clarifiers before joining ClearStream.
Now, Antonio is bringing that knowledge to ClearStream with a vision that extends well beyond individual projects.

While Antonio’s background in mining is well recognized throughout the industry, his expertise reaches far beyond a single market. His experience spans municipal and industrial water treatment, solids handling, clarification, filtration, and process engineering—making him an invaluable technical resource across the entire organization.
According to ClearStream’s Jeff Easton PE, PhD. Director of Process Solutions, Antonio’s arrival represents much more than adding another experienced engineer.
