Larry DeBirk to serve as Chairman of the Board; Dr. Jeff Easton PhD, PE named CEO and EOS Visionary; Mike DeBirk named President and EOS Integrator

NEW ORLEANS, September 27, 2026 — We are excited to announce our leadership transition, which was introduced today during our agent event at WEFTEC. The transition establishes Larry DeBirk as Chairman of the Board, Jeff Easton as CEO and EOS Visionary, and Mike DeBirk as President and EOS Integrator.

The leadership structure defines how ClearStream will guide its future direction, strengthen key relationships and manage daily operations as the company grows.

As ClearStream’s founder, Larry will provide board leadership and continuity. Speaking about the company’s growth, Larry emphasized the contributions of the people who have worked across every aspect of its projects and operations. ClearStream’s success, he said, has been a collective effort.

“My job is to keep the company moving forward in a positive direction, with a focus on quality equipment at a competitive price and keep good people working for ClearStream.”

Jeff joined ClearStream four years ago as Director of Process Solutions. He has worked in the water and wastewater industry since 1987 and holds a PhD in chemical engineering. As CEO and EOS Visionary, he will focus on company direction, key relationships and future opportunities. Developing the next two generations of process experts is among his priorities.

“We see how quickly companies lose expertise when they don’t purposefully invest in the future generation,” said Easton. “ClearStream is committed to not only provide quality equipment at a fair price, but that they can count on our focus to give the best customer experience in the marketplace.”

Mike has been with ClearStream since 2006, when three people were working out of Larry’s basement. His experience spans project management, engineering, field service and operations, including leadership of ClearStream’s drive unit company, PRE. As President and EOS Integrator, he will oversee daily operations and align the company’s teams around its goals and priorities.

“Our customer is not just whoever issued the purchase order,” said Mike DeBirk. “Our customer includes the engineers, end users, vendors and our internal departments within Clearstream.”

Together, Larry, Jeff and Mike will carry forward ClearStream’s commitment to being Built Right, Delivered Right, Supported Right, because it ALWAYS matters.
